Our residential loans are available through our Australia-wide
network of Loan Originators. Loan applications are forwarded
to NMMC, where we approve the applications and issue loan
contracts. Once approved, your loan will be administered
by NMMC , where we focus on providing quality service to
help you achieve your financial aims.

Whether you're looking to "set and forget", or want an
uncomplicated loan that's still flexible enough to adapt
to your changing circumstances, HomeLend™ is a great loan
for you. Why pay for features you won't use? The HomeLend™
range offers affordable, easy to understand, flexible loans
with a range of attractive features. HomeLend™ is the best
choice for all your mortgage finance needs.
Purchasing a home?
We can arrange your First Home Owner Grant for you (if applicable). We can
advance you up to 95% of the value of your home and we understand how important
it is to have funds available on your settlement day.
Building a home?
HomeLend™ is available as a progressively drawn-down loan. We can finance your
house and land package or the building of your home if you have already purchased
a block of land. You will need a fixed-price building contract from a registered
builder, as unfortunately we cannot finance owner-builders.
Looking at Investment Property?
We can arrange for you to access the equity in your current home to help with
deposit and costs, and we can split your loan account for you (for no fee!)
to make it easier when it comes around to tax time. We can also offer you
funds on an Interest Only basis for your investment property.
Refinancing?
HomeLend™ is a great choice if you are refinancing your
loan. We don't offer "honeymoon" rates
or special offers, we just offer you a competitive rate all year round, for
the life of your loan.
Save Money!
We don't charge for features you don't want, and in fact, we don't charge for
most of the features you do. You are welcome to make additional repayments
on your variable rate loan at any time and reduce your interest charges.
If you need these funds back our staff can arrange a redraw for you.
